Thanks to your generosity, Be His Helper was able to use a little more than $20,000 of the $57,610 USD, raised at the August 10, 2024 Charity Dinner, to open a drink shop in Vietnam. The Grand Opening is from November 1 - 3, 2024.
The shop is staffed by several deaf and mute youth supported by Be His Helper, with help from the Sisters of the Congregation of the Lovers of the Holy Cross and a few adults. The goal of this shop is to provide income for these youth and their families. And, of course, to serve delicious and refreshing drinks. Additional income from the shop will be used to fund other ministries supported by Be His Helper.

On the occasion of All Saints Celebration on November 1, we prayerfully ask the Saints to pray to God to ensure the success of this shop.
How fitting that the Grand Opening is taking place during these early days of November. The Gospel today, November 3, 2024, is our Lord teaching us to Love God and to Share His Love with Others. As the Reverend Father during Mass mentioned during his homily, the Love of God and Love of Others are inseparable.
